Hey, I have seen Urge II necks on ebay and was thinking about putting one on my bass for the full 2 octave neck. But I am far from a luthier, anybody know if this can be done w/o modification? Anybody have an Urge II? What is the bolt pattern?

Put an Urge II neck on Fender Precision???

No. The neck is longer and will change the scale length of the bass and will make it impossible to properly intonate.
If you want two full octaves, Warmoth makes necks that are compatible with a 24 fret extension. Should fit any standard Fender neck pocket.
