I really love having the Phat Phuk B back.

Yeah the Phat Phuk B brings the goodness, it's a fixture on my board.

Latest iteration: some mods required since joining the new band, basically a power trio with the singer pitching in occasionnal keyboard parts. The band regularly gigs in local bars.
Best news of all, thx to a fellow TBer, the BSW is making a much-desired return to my board, primarily as an octave pedal, but I will certainly use its funk powers at one point. The LS-2 is being maximized and set on the A+B mix/bypass and and I've now looped the MS60B in its own loop and put the BassDriver and BSW in the other loop. I'm now experimenting with an always-almost-on flanger patch, to which I'll add dirt and octave on occasion. The ART Tube MP is also back on the board.
The BassDriver is doing a decent mild-distortion job and will do for now, but I'm the market for a bass-dedicated analog distortion with a blend knob.

Echt... dat is vet.
Makes perfect sense given the size and shape of the pedals involved, can easily group two-to-four pedals for some quick switching with minimum tapdancing.
Alas, my pedals are too varied in shape to achieve such a logical arrangement.

Got REALLY tired of the sound of velcro ripping while rearranging my board, so I made a Pedaltrain tracing on the box it shipped in.

Check out 3M dual lock tape. It's incredible
I've done something close to this in the past. On the first PB, I cut out paper the same size as the pedals.
On the other PB's, I have a huge amount of leftover swamp ash, so I cut out blocks that were the same size.
@cataract what's the big guy, bottom left?
It's a custom single enclosure Tube Screamer + Big Muff (I've been calling it my Muff Screamer)
Controls include selectable mids, order switch & clean blend. Also, each side can be used by itself, if need be.
A friend put this together for me based on my input but I plan on adding some tweaks and building an updated version.
Haha...Very true for most folks, but I happen to sell swamp ash to luthiers, and blocks that size wind up in the trash or the fire! Takes me less time to cut the blocks out....after use, I can put them on a shelf and use them again in the future... I can never quit "remodeling" the PB.
Speaking of remodeling... I've surrendered to the reality that my board continues to morph practically on its own. It seems like I hardly do anything...
