Seriously, I doubt that is the problem. You have to figure out what the rattle is then tighten the screw, tie off the part or glue it down. Open it up. Use an automotive stethoscope to listen for what is rattleing.

There are a number of things that end up rattling in those. The little plastic fan shroud, the fish paper, the circuit boards and some other pieces. Get some high heat RTV silicone and stick it in a few choice places, put it back together, let it set over night, and then try her again.
In mine, the paper-which was more carboard grade-was used to form a tunnel for the fan to put the air in the right places. I wouldn't leave that out.
Red Planet is right, there are a few things in there that could use a dab of rtv to keep them more from vibrating.
