Quadra flat?

I know this will be in the wrong forum but hey
I've got a tuner with 'quadra flat tuning' How does this alter The note that i'm tuning to?
Is it possible to get into drop D using it?
If so how?

maybe I should elaborate:

On my electronic tuner (a Korg Ga-20) there is a 'flat' button on which you can add up to 4 flats to a note. My reasoning is that since a flat is a half step and drop D is a whole step below E if I switch it to E and add two flats, would that be equal to drop D?

yes, I've got a tuner that does the same thing.
