question about bass pods and things alike

im going up to school soon and want to get something that i can plug some headphones in and jam with...i was wondering if any of the bass pods like the xt live or something a little cheaper..or not a pod some other kind of brand..that includes drumbeats or some sort of memory where i can save a bass line then jam over it

I don't know the the POD has that, but several of the Digitech multi-FX units have the capability to do that.

POD cant loop.

Zoom B2.1u has drum loops iirc. It sounds pretty good from what I remember of the reviews on here. It should have a headphone out.
