Question for Ampeg PF-50T users.

Thinking of getting one of these. Is the transformer line out line level? I'd like to be able to run it into my 800 watt power amp if required. From the videos I've seen, the transformer line is much beefier than the pre/post line. Thanks.
Hey Marty, I can't answer your question, but I can tell you that the transformer out isn't as hot as the pre/post out. Pre/post line has some serious signal to it. And while not quite as beefy as the tranny line out, probably good enough to tube up a SS power amp, and you can use the tranny out to the PA and wow the crowd with your PA sound :D
