Questions about Ampeg Micro VR

Hello, I recently purchased an Ampeg Micro VR amp with the mini stack SVT210AV. I love the sound of the amp and when running through a PA it sounds great however the mini 210 is just not enough when gigging without a PA.
I would like to know what would be a good ampeg cab to match up with the Micro VR for playing medium sized clubs that might not have PA support.

I agree. I use 2-210avs with a streamliner 900. Plenty loud and light.

I use mine with a Berg AE410 and I get a lot of mileage out of it due to efficiency of the cab.

(I know, I know; you asked for an Ampeg cab )

I thought about this too, however I keep hearing about how this particular amp has issues with 2 of those cabs. i am wondering if a good 4x10 would be enough to power a larger than normal size bar gig?

Sure. 200w into a 410 isn't quiet. But not everyone has that issue with the two 210av's and the Micro VR. A dude on here yesterday said he just got one and slammed it hard and it was fine. Used to see Owen Biddle on Jimmy Fallon using the 2 cab setup, too.

Yes, get another cab the same. I was lucky enough to get a good used deal of the head and 2 cabs and when using the both cabs I get more volume and clarity.
Great sound too.

Would the micro stack along with a BA-110 work for playing open mics, small venues?

The Micro stack AND a BA110? Not sure why you'd want to use both.

I like the 110, but it really would not make sense to have both
