Sounds like a winner!
I can't pat myself on the back enough about cutting the cord. I pay 20 bucks a month. That takes care of all my Wi-Fi needs; and 90% of my television entertainment is YouTube through the Roku. I have a $20 over-the-air antenna, and a few free channels (including "hub of pron".... PM if u need deets lol) that make up the other 10-ish percent.
30 per month through Wal-fart mobile on a $90 all-in phone. Tech and entertainment covered for 50 bucks a month. It took an initial investment of around 2 month's worth of Dish Network payments.... Three years later and I'm still golden. Wow. I had doubts before I did it, and for a month or so afterward, to be honest. In hindsight and for the foreseeable future it was absolutely a good decision.
There is an adjustment and behavior curve, but it's short-lived. The first month you don't cuss while forking over "too doggone" much dough for tv entertainment you'll adjust! Congrats and welcome to the "cord"-less life!
