*.lastly do they actually make mustang bridge covers with "f" logos on them

Answers:
1. I don't know what you mean by ferrules, so I can't answer that one.
2. The truss rod, which is controlled with a nut, allows the neck to be "bowed" in one, possibly two directions. This bow is referred to as relief, and allows you to customize your action and compensate for climate differences for the neck wood.
3. Jack plates are simply the mechanism used to secure a 1/4" jack in place.
4. No idea, no experience with those or thru-body stringing in general.
5. Shouldn't need to too often if at all, depending on quality and strings used. That's not something you should worry about.
6. A stoptail bridge is a 2 unit system where one unit holds the strings, and another does the job of a saddle, like a Tune-O-Matic
7. Nope, and that sort of request belongs in the wtb (where to buy) forums
8. No idea, but this one doesn't have one: Invalid Link Removed

1.what is a string ferrules what does it [d]o and got
They are guides that go in the string-through body holes that are usually made of metal that are used on string-through body instruments. They keep the strings from completely going through the body, or snapping out at you when they are tuned up to pitch.

4.is there a way to mod a tele bridge so strings dont need to go through the bass
You can replace the bridge with an aftermarket bridge that will do this.

7.does anyone have a fender tele bass neck to put on my p-bass i dont care if its maple or rosewood
You should post that you are looking for one in the want to buy forums. You can also purchase one from Warmoth.

First of all you could have Googled every one of these things and actually gotten the answers you seek.
1.what is a string ferrules what does it so and got
It is a metal or plastic piece that the strings are channeled through and are held by for through body stringing.
2.what does a truss nut do and go
Allow you to adjust the reverse tension of the truss rod that counters the string tension, this adjust the bow of the neck allowing for higher or lower action.
3.jack plates what are those.
Covers the area around the input jack.
4.is there a way to mod a tele bridge so strings dont need to go through the bass
get a different bridge.
5How often should i replace my nut
I generally don't talk to guys about their nuts.

Only when it wears out, in other words not anytime soon.
6whats a stop tailpiece do
That is generally a guitar bridge, but a few bass manufacturers such as Warwick use them. It is a two piece bridge.
7.does anyone have a fender tele bass neck to put on my p-bass i dont care if its maple or rosewood
Buy a Warmoth or Mighty Mite and put a Fender decal on it, problem solved.
*.lastly do they actually make mustang bridge covers with "f" logos on them
Not that I have ever seen.

Apropos replacing your bass nut:

Replace it if it breaks or cracks--usually due to replacing strings with a gauge too wide for the existing nut slots. Even a small discrepancy CAN sometimes crack the bone or plastic, rendering that string unplayable.

Also, you may wish to replace the nut if you switch to a smaller gauge string, although existing nut slots can be widened if you have the right tools, skill, and knowledge about width and depth.
