Quick BA115 Wiring Question

Hi guys,

I've had a BA115 for years. I gave up on trying to fix the hiss long ago, but I recently was searching for a solution again, and figured out the infamous tweeter is to blame. Some people have taken off the amp's grill to remove the tweeter completely, but others seem to have just disconnect the tweeter and taped the wires inside. I'm not very technical so I'm choosing to go with the tape option.

My question is this: I feel two wires need the tweeter. Should I remove just one or both of those wires? If it's just one, which is it?

Disconnecting/insulating either or both will safely silence that tweaker, but I'd suggest cutting just 1 so you have a means to easly secure it and avoid the loose wire from rattling around inside.
