Quick guide to headstock tuner hole sizes?

Be great if there was a guide to look up headstock tuner hole sizes across the many brands and models. This would enable you to look up your bass's size without removing and measuring, and when you're considering an upgrade you can get a short list of the options out there.
Before I go and produce one and make it available here on TB perhaps it's already been done? It'd need to be in both metric and imperial and of course cover different designs.

What a good idea. I haven't seen such a reference document, but perhaps one does exist. Make one and ask the moderators to post it as a sticky!
