Quick nav/side menu on mobile

Not sure if this is a bug, oversight, or the intended way the site works, but I figured I’d ask.

On mobile, when on any other page but the home page and I click the button that is 3 horizontal lines under the TB logo, brings up the quick nav menu on the side like so:

When on the TB homepage that button doesn’t do anything. Would it be possible to make it work like the other pages and bring up the quick nav menus?

Hmm. Looks like this bug is specific to the dark style. I’ll try and figure out why
