Quick Question on where to post.

Can I post a thread in two forums if the content is relevant to both forums, or is this no-no?
Just trying to optimize feedback. It is a good thread and will not disappoint. Applies to both Basses and
Bassists.

If you're trying to find out how a certain player got a certain tone, either will suffice. You can also cross reference instead of posting twice.

Cross posting (i.e. the exact same post in two different threads) is usually frowned on in most forums. When in doubt as to where to post something, use your best judgement - and include a note to the mods to move it if they think it would be a better fit under a different section if you feel the need. The mods will occasionally move a post without being asked since it their prerogative anyway. So just post and don't worry about it.
