Quick Question

Hi all,

My brother is having his grad party on the 6th and he would like my band to play at my house. I use a little Peavey combo for practice and such, but I'm pretty sure when we play, I'll be drowned out. What amps do would you guys use for a grad party? We'll probably be playing in the garage or basement. I'm pretty sure I don't need a stack for this but I was thinking probably a slightly bigger combo maybe?

Thanks!

Go on down to GC, (or whatever you have close), and check out what's available. If tone is important to you, the amps will all have their own flavor. Just make sure it's loaded with a 15" spkr, and you like how it sounds. Good luck, wish I could go amp shopping.

Yeah I was planning on doing that in the near future, but after doing some reading here, I see that having a 15" speaker will do trick in a lot of situations. Is it possible to use my little combo as a head? I have an old Peavey Microbass.
