Rebecca Black recorded a music video because her parents paid $4,000 to ARK Music Company to produce one starring their daughter. It was a birthday gift. ARK makes its money giving teenage girls a chance to be a video star for a day.
It's the internet's fault it went further than Rebecca's circle of friends and family.
The only reason I am pissed is that I DIDN'T THINK OF IT FIRST.
She's not even the worst teenage video star on YouTube. That honor goes to Jenna Rose.
