Rack panel with DB25 cutouts?

I'm planning to get a couple of these breakouts for my recording rig:

The XLRs will sit permanently in the recording interface, and I would like to mount the DB25 on the back of the rack instead of letting it dangle.

Does anybody know where I can get a (cheap) 1U rack plate (standard 19") with 2 or 4 cutouts for DB25 connectors?
The cutout looks like this:

The DB25s themselves fit right through the hole and screw right now, just like an old-fashioned computer printer cable. I just need the panel to mount them on the back of the rack.

And would rather not pay for a custom job from Middle Atlantic.
I'm inquiring with Audiopile and Cable Depot, but if anybody happens to know a good source, that would be a help.
