I need a rack to hold some gear, I was thinking about this type of thing, as it's tilty nature seems like a good thing for viewing front panels. OTOH, it might be a PITA for connecting things. Any opinions are appreciated.

Not really sure.
It's holding my Hafler (TA1600) power amp--that's 22 pounds.
i put the heaviest stuff near its base..it's sturdy.

I have this one. Three-quarter-inch plywood covered with black fuzzy stuff. Much more sturdy than Odyssey. Twelve rack spaces below, 10-spaces on top for mixer ... perfect for Mackie 1604. Front and back panels remove completely for easy access. It's hell-bent for stout, and it's for sale.
