Rain Delay Pedal by Tortuga

Anybody ever use this before on bass? I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on this, as it's switchable between short echo and a longer delay, which I'd have use for.

flashback x4? many more options and not much more expensive. could probably get it cheaper than the tortuga used.
