Random Smells

Well TB OT offers top notch legal, autmotive, insurance, lifestyle, body modification and investment advice, so it stands to reason that they are essentially Dr. House level diagnosticians as well.

Oh, I forgot experts on the paranormal. This TB is damned useful.

Chill, chill. I already have an appointment with a neurologist in a couple weeks. :smug:

Hmm this is interesting, I think it has to do with me not taking my migraine medicine for a few weeks because I was so busy and as soon as I got home I went to bed instead of taking my meds. I don't smoke, do any "controlled substances" or have a beard. :) I hope it's not something too serious. Maybe, I am a "sensitive". :p Like paranormal sensitive. :D

Glad to hear you're hooking up with a neurologist. Could very well be nothing serious, but I wouldn't take that chance. Sometimes, people report smelling burnt toast right before a seizure...

And LBP, it doesn't take much brainpower to do a Google search and weed out the bunk sites.

Chill? Brother, it don't get no cooler than ol' LBP. Wise decision to contact a doctor, but if you are some kind of medium, he won't be able to help much. I have to say, as extra sensory powers go, a supernatural sense of smell is kind of like being winning a 3rd grade spelling bee at 30.

Edit, yeah I have heard that toast thing from a doctor friend of my family's. IF that is whats happening you really may have a problem. Good luck, I hope it's not anything bad.

Phalex - you are getting a whiff of what your sinus cavities smell like.
Grizz - lots of patients claim to experience a strong smell, like burnt hair, before a stroke. Its maybe just a panic alarm the psyche is setting off, like something bad is happening so send out the claxon alarm (like your hair is on fire), or the stimulation of a memory area due to the inflammation or pressure from blood vessels.

Get a cat scan to determine if there have been any bleeds in your melon recently and if not refer to LousyBassPlayer or Faust23 to end it.

Sure its nothing except a Ghost Buster's episode.
