Raphael Saadiq, Underrated?

I remember hearing Introducing Joss Stone and thinking 'who is that bass player?' Huge fan ever since. Had no idea how far-reaching he was (and that he was a Tony Toni Tone, whom I also really liked back in the day). Definitely underrated, but think he's doing alright crying on his piles of cash.

I have just been listening to that song and totally agree. The bass is subtle and under the radar, but totally genius. Especially the last minute or so.
