I have a question that I am hoping someone might be able to answer. I have a Status Kingbass (standard 4 string) which I think was made in 2003 (sn = 0203051). I recently moved to a much more humid environment and the neck needs a truss rod adjustment. I can't find my paperwork. Does anyone know which direction to turn the truss rod facing the (headless) head of the bass to straighten the neck? Also has anyone tried using single ball strings rather than double-ball using the screws provided by Status?
Any advice, answers etc. will be very much appreciated.
