I am looking for a piece of software or a VST plugin that will take realtime MIDI input (for example from a keyboard) and show a dot light up for that note on a Bass fretboard.
I am creating a Bass lesson for a student who, like me, prefers to see the notes being played on a Bass, rather than tablature or tiny dots on a page.
I recall seeing something like this in the past, a video with an animated fingerboard showing dots light up for notes as they are played in the instrument.
Has anyone seen something like this?
