recommend me some pups

The issue may be more due to the preamp than pickups, although there is no doubt that some pickups are wound quieter than others. So, there are preamps like bartolini that have an adjustable amount of input gain.

I don't know if your bass is active or passive, so I can't say for sure whether that's the issue.

If you're fully intent on changing the pickups, EMG's should fit your routes.

My bass is active, which is why i was shocked that the out put is low
