I have the Audacity loaded onto my Surface Pro IV with Windows 10 and the drivers updated along with the Line6 Toneport GX as an interface.
I selected both the input and the output for the Line6 TonePort, have my headphones plugged in. I can record a track on the Bass but I cannot hear what I play when recording. When I play the track back, I can hear what I just recorded.
I cannot hear another track when playing my Bass and try to record. I never experienced that before. Any idea as I find this is pretty basic!!
I admit I am pretty goofy when comes to recording!!! But that one should be fairly easy! The Line6 headphone jack works and I can listen to tracks or music through VLC or others no problem. I am confused. Thanks for the help!
I also tried with Reason 11 and I have the same issues, although I can hear my bass when I record it. The only thing is I cannot listen to another track while recording, which is a real bummer. Thanks!
