This is me at 16 with my first bass, a ‘78 Fender Jazz. Recently I’ve gotten the green light from my better half to fulfill my urge to recreate this bass. I’m getting an Allparts 70’s maple FB pearloid blocks neck. Over the next few months I will be looking for a ‘70’s style (pickup spacing) body. I would like opinions on how I should finish this project (pups, tuners). It has to be Olympic white with a black three ply pick guard. Other than that I’m wide open.
Thanks in advance!

Creme colored pickups are cool. Are they original?
