Replacement cable for Nady dkw-1 wireless

I have the bottom of the barrel wireless guitar system for my bass....the nady dkw-1. Yes, i know i should get a better made wireless but this is all i got for right now so i want to make it last. Ive had nady send me a replacement cable for the transmitter already once (my transmitter is a wgt-15). My current one works but for how long i dont know. So, i was wondering if there are any websites out there that may sell a better made transmitter cable that would be compatible with my system. I saw one but im not sure if my transmitter has a 2000pf capacitor or not. Any ideas?

Hey fathom66. I just noticed your post about the Nady DKW-1 and I am using the same thing for my electric ukulele. Yeah, it's not a bass, but it is a cool little instrument.

First, just in case you didn't get an answer about a second cord for your setup, I ordered one on amazon, a 3 footer, and it works just fine. Before that I bought one at radio shack, and that worked!

My question to you is I've been having a low to mid range frequency noise with my setup. I've tried changing batteries and wires, but I keep getting that noise. But I don't have the same problem with my electric guitar, that seems to be clean.

Would you have any ideas that I could try? I've been asking and sending out emails but nothing seems to be helping.

Thanks again, good luck with your playing.
