    Yorkville? I would expect that they would know which fan is the correct part and have it in stock.

    they never responded.

    It's an old style - common-ish ... could probably replace going into the Newark Catalogue or similar ... I'm just running HOT these days.

    Look at the fan and see if there is a mfgr/model number on it.
