I have no clue what to offer.
I'm listening to a beginner (and probably someone for whom English is not their first language) complain that their instrument is doing exactly what they do when you're just starting out. That is, if I'm anywhere close to understanding what he's saying.
I must admit the 'nylon strings' is a novel twist.

- You are right. I just bought a bass, and didnt start to play yet. I have those issues on my mind and I think to much about the world and why it is like it is.
Many of you think I should conform and just settle in, but I just cant. I cant accept the bad things and just because there is a pletera of a market who wants to buy bad things, I honestly dont think the fault lies in either party, the buyers or the factories.
Im agitated, and excuse me, but it was hard to find an instrument to fit my needs atm, and then after changing strings from metal to nylon I find this persistent and annoying issue, and Im just boggled, amazed how come it havent been fixed and solved after years.
I think its a responsiblity if you can call it that, which we all share, as consumers who buy and want to buy "crap" - if everyone stopped buying single coils because of the hum issue, Im sure they would invent something better.
Vegan-friendly, gluten-free, fat-free, soy-based, and tasteless I hope?

Guitars both bass and high tuned 6 strings have, and will continue to be produced with single coil pickups, because billions of these customers and players PREFER the tone produced by a single coil pickup.
There are literally thousands of models of basses and guitars produced with hum canceling pickups, because many, like you despise the hum.
With single coils , the hum and noise produced by high gain pedals instigated a whole lot of products called noise gates.
Your assertion that billions of players are mentally deficient, screams your lack of understanding.
The rest of the world is wrong and you are right?
Fret buzz is a component of sound for even the acoustic guitar! It can be all but eliminated by proper technique or incredibly high action, additionally by the use of flatwound strings.
Many players leverage the fret buzz as a desired part of their sound, Geddy Lee, Chris Squire, and John Entwisle immediately come to mind.
Trillions of songs have been recorded using single coils...
You made a poor choice for you and you are angry because of that. Your lack of knowledge, and novice status as a player should inspire you to learn and grow ...

What makes you think an alternative to single coils hasn’t already been invented? Nobody’s stopping you from using humbuckers.

If you are looking for a bass sound without worrying about fret noise or string noise or electrical hum, perhaps you would be happier playing a bass synthesizer keyboard?
I worked at a guitar shop for a while and had several brand new bass/guitar players express disgust/confusion at the "squeak" sound the friction of roundwound strings can make, which is just something that stringed instrument players have gotten used to over the years. If you eliminate the strings entirely and just play a keyboard, you won't have to worry about those noises.

I’m so confused now.
Many, many, MANY pickups have been developed that solve the issue, but some people still prefer the sound of single coils. There has been no shortage of pickup innovation in the last 60 years.
Check back on this thread 5 or 10 years from now, when your playing style has developed, and you might think differently.
This forum and other forums are FULL every day with many people asking:
"How can I get this tone?"
"Help me get this tone?"
"What's the secret to this tone?"
And in many cases, the answer to their question is "stop using humbuckers and try some single coils."
The demand for single-coils still exists becasue the demand for that sound is unrelenting (even if YOU don't like the sound.)
I don't like 98% of the music most other people like. That doesn't mean it's bad, it just means I don't like it and I don't have to listen to it.
(or better said: your opinion is valid, but is not a majority opinion, that's all).
I have pics... Of how ugly this bass looks when I got it - and all the reviews I watched on youtube and read on forums spoke of how perfect it was. I mean, should I post them here? Does it matter? The screws where not tights, the knobs wobling, the neck not smooth - like someone scraped a rough file over it, but after I cried for 2 days, I did what I could and fix those issues, oiled and sandpaper, but things like this cut made by a drunk I couldnt fix:
