Restoration Project: Peavey 1516 Enclosure

I am considering a restoration / rebuild project on an older Peavey 1516 cab; 400W, 4 ohm, 600 Hz crossover. Both 8" speakers are torn and the original wiring config (Normal/Full Range; Bi-Amp) was replaced with a single 1/4" jack. My goal is to restore the original wiring configuration and repair or replace the 8" drivers. The 15" seems to be intact.

I am looking for:
  • original Peavey wiring schematic;
  • advice from others who have restored similar cabs;
  • sources for re-coning kits and used replacement speakers;
  • links to good DIY sites for cabinet/crossover design.
Thanks!
Kevin
