Retailer Fat Bass Tone

I wanted to give a shout out to online retailer Fat bass Tone (I hope this is allowed here). I made two separate orders yesterday. One was free shipping due to costs, and the other, which I placed later, was not, as it was much cheaper. Shipping chargers were like 6 bucks. I didn't want to make an issue out of a few dollars, so I never said anything. Not a big deal.

Well, just a bit ago, I got an email from them that they refunded that $6. That's some stand up stuff, and something rarely seen anymore. Very appreciated, and guarantees that I will buy from them again!

I’ve had only good interactions with them. Their pickup demo videos are definitely valuable to the bass community as well.

My only complaint—ground shipping from Maine to Washington is SLOOOOOOW. And anything faster gets expensive.

+1 on FatBassTone. I bought several sets of pickups from them (Bart’s,Nordstrand, and Aguilar), preamps (Nordstrand and Delano) and a handful of pots and jacks. Great service, free shipping, and usually a few weeks after a reasonable size order they have sent me a coupon code for 5% off on my next order. And if it’s on their website it’s in stock. They’re my new go to place for bass electronics. Also love their pickup demos on YouTube.

I ordered pups and the template to install them yesterday. I live in Phoenix. This AM I got an "out for delivery" email. Not even kidding.

That's ridiculous lol.

I messaged them on reverb looking for some specific bartolini pickups, they texted me the next day, reached out to them and found the ones i needed and gave me a better price than on reverb. Great seller
