Why is there a delay before equipment reviews show up?

I wrote two very nice, objective, and lengthy reviews this past weekend, and neither have shown up in the reviews section yet. as of Thursday morning early.

One for the Olympia ABG, the other for the Genz-Benz Neo-Pak 3.5 head.

The same thing happened for a couple of other reviews I posted, but this time it's taking much longer.

Does the Talkbass staff have to review the submitted reviews before they actually are posted?

Yes :) I try to go through them once a week at least. Since there is no active moderation in the Reviews section we have to use a queue. Usually the only problems are users putting reviews into the product specs field, and people using the reviews as a forum discussion rather than straight reviews.
