Hello all! I'm new to the forum (obviously since I originally posted this in amps!!!!) but I'm in the process of doing a bass build with my grandpa, Gene. (Gene Milligan and Son, Guitar, Bouzouki, Uke, Ukelele and Irish Whistle Maker). I'm going We are using mostly mahogany instead of maple. here is a photo of hat we have so far. Planning on a polyurethane finish. I was going to paint it orange but we have only a limited time and I've never done any nitro cellulose before.
This is my second build and our first bass so any comments suggestions or tips are welcome!!!!
