Sorry man. I'm totally kidding. Hey I'll tab it out for you even. Just gotta smoke some MJ myself for some inspiration and then I'll definitely be motivated to complete a complicated task that requires an attention span slightly longer than that of a goldfish. What were we talking about again?
For reals tho, it's a tough track even if you're not stoned, or a Goldfish. I'm going to work on it a bit.
My pleasure. It's been fun working on so far. I'll try to get something up in the next few days. So if anyone else cares to hop in on this thread that has worked on this tune, feel free. The double stops for instance; after some deliberation, I think it's 4th fret on the E string with 5th fret on the G string sliding up to 5th fret on the E string and 6th fret on the G string. aka G# and C natural up to A natural and C#. Anybody beg to differ?
Cool. I still intend to get some tabs of this posted. Ran in to some personal set backs recently but am doing better lately. Working on music is a positive endeavor and it will be good for me to get more work done on this.

I kind of tapped out on this. Something about the bass is rough around the edges in the mix, to put it one way.

There are some other hidden bass gems in the Rick James catalogue that could make for good transcribing fun. Like this...
