Rickenbacker 4004L- Strings?

Rounds? Flats?

The stock RIC strings are great sounding, although I have a set of TI Jazz Rounds that will be going on my 4004L SPC one of these days.

And, I have TI Jazz Flats on my other 4004L.

I can't say I've done an exhaustive search, but I've done a bit of looking and have yet to find another string set with the same gauges as the Ric set. Best price I've seen lately for them is from Sam Ash at $26.99. (Some places charge almost twice as much.)

I use Elixir mediums on my 4004. They have a fairly standard round tone, reduced string squeak, and rarely need changing (I hate changing strings). I use the RIC strings on my 4003 though, since I want more bite there.
