Rickenbacker question...

So, I've not found a single store in all of Reno, Nevada that stocks Rickenbackers.

So I was wondering if anyone knew of any good soundclips/videos of a good example of typical rick pick tone. Thanks muchly.

Rush was all fingers, was it not? And what I meant by typical was through a single decent amp, not incredible bi-amping. Thank you, though, Roundabout is one of my favorite songs of all time.

4003 basses are too rare these days. 1 to 2 year waiting list. Check RIC's website for their latest shipments to stores. Maybe you can find an uncommitted one.

That is true to some extent but with a bit of searching Jetglos and Midnite Blues are pretty easy to round up. Assuming you don't mind buying online, unplayed.
