    In America they were called Angel City because of the 60's group The Angels who did "My Boyfriend's Back." Good band. Had a minor hit in America. RIP Doc.

    He was a real showman. Preeminent in his time. Great singer. Great front man. So long, Doc. RIP.

    I still have the two Angel City albums I bought in high school some thirtyfive years ago...Dark Room is in my top five albums of my life.

    I had no idea he was originally the bassist....R.I.P. Doc.

  6. When he moved to front man only, Chris Bailey took over on bass, he ,sadly, died last year!
