okay, im sorry if this is in the wrong sub-section, my appologies.
so ive heard alot about putting your amp or cab on a riser to help the sound travel more. i was wondering if i made soemthing out of wood the same size as the base of the bottom of my cab, would it work the same as those risers i see for about 45$ in bass player and such magazines. aswell could any one help me with the the height of it. what would a good height be for such a riser if i were to make one.
