What is the ohms rating on the cabs? And what is the ohms and wattage I’d your Main amp on those ohms?

On the cab it has 2 inputs and says impedance 8 ohms
On the amp it has 2 outputs
It states
Parallel speaker outputs 350w 4ohm total min

Ok so if you add another 8 ohm cab it will bring your ohms resistance to 4. You should be fine.
Run the cans parallel and not series. So each output on your amp will go to a cabinet.

It's all a tad co fusing.
As the amp is 350w a d thr cab is 300 would I be able to connect a 100w to it or would that overload the amp ?
Yep should be good. that 8ohm cab is cutting your 350 watts to 175.
