Roland GK-2B Divided Pickup plus the original 1/8" to 1/4" cable. I don't have the 13 pin din cable, but I've seen several for sale brand new for $12 - $15 shipped. It was installed on a bass i bought. Previous owner says it worked great and I have no reason to doubt him. If for some reason it doesn't, I'll refund you and pay the return shipping.
