Roscoe Club

So who was it collecting information on 7 string LG's? This might be the same one that was already mentioned a while back though.

For Sale - Roscoe LG 3007 yes "LG"

Yeah, that would be me, and that's the one and only LG 7 in the US. Thanks for the info, sometimes I miss one. 789string certainly lives up to his name by the number of strings on his basses, but he's been selling off his Roscoe's for a while now. He's owned the most unique collection of Roscoe's on the planet. I think they should be remembered here in the Roscoe Club, so here they are, and thanks to 789string for pushing the limit...

Jimmy Haslip would argue that point.

Are you sure? I'm really interested. It makes sense Jimmy would have an LG 7, but Gard thought 789string's was the only one until I showed him a photo of a purple one in Japan. Could that have been a shot of Jimmy's ?

Nah, now that I think of it that was a right handed LG. I've seen him with SKB 7 strings though. Here's a nice pic ...

Nightman, we don't have member numbers or anything, but welcome to the family!!!! :D

Jactoml, the body was glued up last week, we will probably be cutting it out of the blank in the next week or so. The neck is having the fingerboard glued right now, and once the entire batch of necks (about 50) have been glued, they will be cut. Our goal right now is to ship a batch of basses to your dealer in March or early April.
