NO TRADES!!! I've got this down to $2300 shipped to the lower 48, that's the lowest I'm willing to go.
For sale is a Roscoe SKB 5 custom, serial #5678, which was completed in February of 2007. I have owned it for about a year, during which time I had the original Aguilar preamp replaced with an 18v Bartolini 3 band (with active/passive push/pull volume knob and push/pull mid frequency select), the graphite nut shimmed and re-cut so the action is great with no buzz, and the "electrosocket" jack replaced so this bass can now use right angle plugs. Only has one tiny ding I can find, on the tail end, in the finish only, doesn't touch wood.

- Flamed/quilted redwood top with matching headstock
- Ash body
- 35" scale
- stock Roscoe 18.3mm string spacing at the bridge
- nut width is 1.83”
- Maple/purpleheart quartersawn neck (with some nice marbling in the purpleheart), graphite nut with wenge fingerboard with some sapwood figuring
- Bartolini pickups and 3 band 18v preamp, with push pull active passive and mid frequency selector
- Nice weight at 8lbs, 10.6 oz on the postal scale
- Hipshot ultralight tuners
- ships in a Roscoe TKL OHSC (some of the hardware is fading, has a scratch, but in fine physical shape)
$2300 shipped to the lower 48. Price is firm. NO TRADES!!! I take PayPal. I'm on the NW side of Chicago, local deal saves shipping $$$. Any questions or want more pics, let me know.
