Double Bass Rotator Cuff Stretch

Hey all, just wanted to post a good resource I found. I was having some issues in my left arm and came to find out that my rotator cuff, especially in the front of my shoulder, was super stiff. This first video has helped a ton! If you're reading this, hopefully it helps provide you with some relief!

The actual stretch is around 2:30, but it's interesting to learn about.

The test for the stretch begins at 1:45.

These are helpful. Thanks. More here (rather old school in comparison):Playing (Less) Hurt

Also, where the scroll "sits" can be a big contributor to shoulder pain/damage (I play sitting down on a low stool with the scroll past my ear):
(Geoff is standing in this video).

Finally, I use one of these - more in rehearsal than performance - but it takes all the weight of the bass off the shoulder: Link Removed
