Do you mean that this could just be how they are, and the reason may not be that they put the wrong size in the pack? Mislabelling / using the wrong packaging is not great, but at least it's fixable. But if the strings are going to be a different length and tension every time you open a new set, that's beyond crazy.
This is what I meant. I used them for years. Loved ‘em. Then started receiving sets with dead, defective or inconsistent strings, and not just once in a great while. I lost faith in their QC at some point and gave up on them.I used the classic round wound Rotos for years, and then in the late 2000's, every new set was maybe great, maybe not
But I am glad you found the root cause of the problem and hopefully things are better going forward.
