Roundwound strings for a "low tension" feel?

The most flexible strings in the universe (that I know of) are Dogal Hellborg rounds. They have a stranded core and are more flexible than TIJR.
I don't know the tension but it's about the same as TIJR.

On the one hand you might want to turn down the treble, but on the other hand you might *not* want to turn down the treble, because they have the most beautiful highs I've ever heard from a bass string.
