I'm really liking the Ernie ball cobalts. I use the 55-110 gauge, they're a little bright for my tastes at first, but once you give em a bit to break in, they're pretty darn great.

Ditto for LaBella DTB Roundwounds... My string of choice for deep bass and balanced tone. The Stainless (formerly Hard Rockin' Steel) have a punchier midrange closer to Rotos but still with BIG BOTTOM... (talkin' bout mudflaps, my girl's got 'em!)I would definitely check out La Bella Deep Talkin' round wounds. Tons of low end and an amazing, balanced tone all around. Be careful while stringing, however. They've been known to break, though it's never happened to me. Knock on wood.
