Amazing sounding and looking Sadowsky 4-String NYC bass with flame maple on top of ash body with flame maple neck. 8.2 pounds! HC pickups version with VTC and comes shipped in hybrid gigbag. Purchased this bass from bassist and chocolate lover, Bass12 from this thread while mine was being built:

["Sigh"] My old bass. This is the one that I always thought of as being the "closest thing to perfection" of any bass I've owned. The only problem, for me, was that it was a four string and not a five. That's the only reason I sold it. A great instrument with one of the nicest matching tops/fingerboards I've seen (note the flamed maple fingerboard). Photos really don't do this bass justice.

I'd also like to add that Sonic is a great guy to deal with. He even asked if I had his blessing to sell this bass as he knew that I had an attachment to it. :)

Wow! Truly a "dream bass".

I love the flamed board on it too. I bet it goes holographic under
stage lighting. Absolutely gorgeous.

Out of curiosity, is the body chambered?
