Hi . . anyone have any experience with Sadowsky Vintage 5 strings? (with particular regard to the 'B' string)

I'd like to know how an ebony board compares to a rosewood or maple?

Also differences between PJ and JJ pickup configurations?

Yes, I've emailed Sadowsky but I'd also appreciate other opinions from those in the know. Thanks all.

HI

Ive owned the 5/21 fret in most configurations. The ebony board 5 I had was an alder body. I prefer an ash body, either morado or maple board. My present 5 is ash, maple board, maple top. Its really an amazing sounding 5. Huge, defined B string. Very musical string, not just a thud. Pm me if you have more questions
