Does anyone know where to source the knobs exactly like these pictured? (2) 19mm and (3) 16 mm, I think.

I think the smaller knobs in your picture are more like 12.5. See my post in this subforum from yesterday. Mine are black but basically the same setup.

The only thing I didn't check was what the height is on the knobs I recommended. I guess you'll find out when they get there.
