For sale Sadowsky NYC Precision PJ

Up for grabs is hands down the most beautiful bass I’ve ever had the pleasure of owning. For your consideration is a Sadowsky NYC Precision PJ4 sporting a stunning black pearl finish, equip with all black hardware and a matte black pickguard - I lovingly refer to it as “Black Sugar”. The precision body is chambered swamp ash, this beauty weighs in at 7.6 lbs on my digital scale. What can be better than a precision body with PJ pickup configuration? In my opinion, this bass has the absolute best of both worlds with that unmistakable Sadowsky sound. Currently strung with the now elusive Sadowksy black label flatwounds. Neck and fingerboard are both Master Grade Roasted Birdseye Maple with 21 frets, I think you would be hard pressed to find another like it! The fingerboard radius is 12” and the nut width is a slim 1.45”. I babied this this bass and it is in excellent condition, the only blemish I could find was a minor paint surface scuff near the lower strap lock. This bass was never gigged and is always kept in a smoke free temperature-controlled environment. Neck is straight, truss rod and electronics work as they should. It comes in a Portabag with all the case candy and paperwork. The one and only trade I may consider would be a Moollon Precision with a Jazz neck with cash from your end. Otherwise, this bass is for sale only. At this time I would prefer a local sale - I can meet in PA and surrounding states, I travel to the DMV area often.
