Sadowsky PJ - P question

I have the pleasure of owning 2 beautiful Sadowsky P/J 4's and I looooove them to dead, I have never played a Sadowsky P ,I am assuming pup placement is just the same as the P , Have you heard any difference on a P/J when having the P pup to an actual P?

I asked this same question to Kevin@Sadowsky and he told me he couldn't hear a difference between the P soloed in a PJ and the P of a Pbass.
